Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It will nourish both your body and mind to get your ready for a day on the slopes. That’s why Hotel Obertauern places special importance on our breakfast buffet so that you can stay fit as a fiddle during your Obertauern holiday.

Whatever your tastes, you find plenty of your favourite dishes to get your day off to a good start. From 7:30 until 10:00 a.m. our guests can help themselves during our breakfast buffet. Enjoy our marvellous egg dishes while you are drinking in the stunning views of our beautiful Obertauern panorama.

Eating is a necessity, but feasting an art

When you’re on holiday, you can wind down your days with a pleasant and relaxing dinner. You deserve it. Our 5-course menu will make that easy.

From 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., we will serve up traditional dishes, like the widely-known Austrian schnitzel, but also international cuisine from around the world. With their attention to the nuances and their excellent taste, our chefs will prepare an abundance of tasty dishes for you every day. Our menus are always chock-full of delicious delights to tickle your palate. For our vegetarian guests, we also serve meatless main dishes. For our younger guests, we also have special children’s menus.

As a special treat, we have come up with something very special to help our guests become familiar with Austrian dining culture. We call it our farmhouse evening, and it features traditional, typically Austrian specialties. Every week there is a new culinary theme on offer. Especially popular is the Italian buffet that we serve once a week.
